Hi lovely! Welcome to Tiny Grids, a little boutique planner and stationery shop. We just launched in October 2025, and I couldn’t be more excited to have you here at the very beginning of this journey.
How Tiny Grids Began
This shop began from my love of planners, stationery, organization, and creativity—and a bit of frustration too. When I designed our flagship planner, the Dual, it was out of my own struggles with existing Tomoe River paper planners. The grids were simply too small for journaling! I yearned for bigger grids to be able to journal freely without constraints. From there, the dual-grid-size planner, the Dual, was born.
Beyond the Dual, I dream of creating more planners and stationery that spark joy, bring order, and help you design a life that feels more organized and meaningful.
Who I Am
Hi, I’m Vida, the human behind Tiny Grids. 🙋🏻♀️ I’m from Seattle and have been a product designer for nine years. Design is at the heart of everything I do, and my goal has always been to merge beauty with functionality—something I now pour into every product at Tiny Grids.
Our Philosophy
We believe that planning is more than writing down to-dos—it’s a daily practice that helps bring clarity and intention to life, shaping how we live.
Journaling adds another dimension, offering space to process emotions, heal, and reflect. After 20 years of journaling and planning, I know the value they bring, and that’s what I want Tiny Grids to offer you too.

I hope our products bring you the same peace, joy, and sense of organization that they’ve brought me. Tiny Grids is still growing, and I can’t wait to introduce more thoughtful products and resources over time.
